The problem
The web version needed a browser tab open — not ideal for using it on the go.
The approach
Packaged the same shift-cipher engine as a native Android app so it works without a browser or connection, while keeping the web build available too.
The result
The cipher wheel tool, available in the browser and offline on Android.
