Enigma M3 · Matrix Horror

The problem

Most Enigma simulators are either historically dry or too simplified to actually teach how the rotors, rings and plugboard interact.

The approach

Implemented the real M3 rotor-stepping logic and a 10-pair plugboard, then wrapped it in a glitchy matrix-horror interface with built-in history on how the machine worked and how it was eventually broken.

The result

A simulator accurate enough to actually encode/decode like the real machine, wrapped in an interface people want to explore.
